I have a question regarding visa options for my sister and her long-term partner, who are interested in moving to Australia.

A bit of background: both of them are in their mid-30s and currently work in retail. Neither of them has any professional qualifications or specialized skills.

I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight into whether there are any visa pathways available to them that could lead to permanent residency in Australia, given their circumstances.

I understand that this might be a long shot, but I wanted to gather some information before they invest too much time and effort into the process.

Any advice or personal experiences you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

It could be a good idea for them to talk to a migration agent. However, it seems improbable.
