The 190 visa class carries the same rights and privileges as the 189 with one difference.
The 190 has an element of State Nomination, which means that a holder is expected to live and work in the Nominating State for a period of two years, after which time they are free to live and work anywhere in Australia.
By granting State Nomination prospective applicants are awarded 5 extra Immigration Points which is great news for applicants only scoring 60 points as it makes their overall application eligible for migration.
